WHAT NAAS IS

NaaS (No as a Service) is a REST API that returns creative ways to say "no".
It's a side project — we make no promises about uptime, availability, or
fitness for any particular purpose.


ACCEPTABLE USE
--------------
You agree not to:
  - Abuse or intentionally overload the API (rate limits apply and are
    enforced).
  - Use NaaS to power spam, harassment, or any illegal activity.
  - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or compromise the service.

We reserve the right to revoke access without notice if we believe you are
violating these terms.


API KEYS
--------
API keys are yours to manage. Keep them secret — anyone with your key can
make requests on your behalf. You can revoke a key at any time via the
Settings page. We are not responsible for misuse of keys you have shared
or exposed.


NO WARRANTY

NaaS is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee
uptime, accuracy of content, or suitability for any purpose.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising
from your use of NaaS.


CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will always
be available at this URL. Continued use of NaaS after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


GOVERNING LAW
-------------
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
